1/1 Bakery began in the most intentional way possible: in a quiet, private kitchen tucked away in a family garden. Founded in 2023, the brand was born from a refusal to accept the "commercial" standard of modern baking. We didn't want a factory; we wanted a sanctuary where the art of the pastry could be perfected without the noise of the outside world.

What started as a personal obsession with the perfect Pineapple Cake, baked in small, focused batches, quickly grew into a mission. Today, 1/1 Bakery remains a micro-bakery operation, prioritizing the soul of the craft over the speed of the machine.
