Cancellation Policy

Because 1/1 Bakery products are made fresh and to order in small batches, cancellations must be requested promptly. Once baking begins, we are unable to stop or reverse the process. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order only if the request is made before your order enters preparation. Our general cancellation window is as follows:

• Orders cancelled within 2 hours of placement: Eligible for a full refund.

• Orders cancelled after 2 hours but before dispatch: May be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion, as ingredients may already have been prepared.

• Orders cancelled after dispatch or during delivery: No refund will be issued.

We strongly encourage you to double-check your order details — including delivery address, contact number, and items — before confirming your purchase.

2. How to Cancel

To cancel an order, contact us immediately through any of the following channels:

Please include your full name, order details, and the reason for cancellation. Cancellation requests are processed during business hours (Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Philippine Standard Time).

3. Cancellation by 1/1 Bakery

In rare cases, 1/1 Bakery may cancel your order. This may happen if:

• An item is temporarily unavailable or sold out.

• We are unable to verify your payment.

• Your delivery address is outside our serviceable area.

• There is a force majeure event (e.g., natural disaster, public emergency) that prevents us from fulfilling your order.

In such cases, you will be notified promptly and a full refund will be issued.

4. No Exchanges

Cancellations that qualify for a refund will be refunded monetarily. We do not offer exchanges or order substitutions.
